female 15 years old,

complaint:-
appearance of pulsating blood vessel in the palm of the hand

from the H.P.I:-
it was accidentally discovered.mostly stationary course but sometimes increase in size,
not painful
she does not take any medication for any disease else
nothing imp in her past of family history
except that her elder sister has the same complaint

from examination
:

it is apparant radial artery

is it vasculitis???
or what is the diagnosis??????

vascuilitis is a broad topic and such a presentation was not described
